We provide our customers with a visual inspection of the physical condition of the property. Over the course of our inspection, we identify items in need of repair or replacement. Our condition reports are either delivered on-site or
e-mailed the same day. With customer service as our top priority, our state certified inspectors take time to explain the different aspects of the report and answer any questions that our clients may have. Our goal is provide our customers with the knowledge that they need to make a sound decision when buying or selling a property.
